Magnificent seven gather at Greengate

Among the magnificent seven are slimming and wellbeing clinic Sureslim Northern Ltd, the development’s award-winning architects PCP, Avenir Properties Ltd, Opel Construction, the UK Melorheostosis Association, Adtec Software Ltd.

 

PCP’s ground-breaking architectural designs have incorporated solar panels, striking glass atriums, and eco-friendly power supply systems, and by the time the development is complete, will have absorbed more than 220 tonnes of steel on the way to making sure Greengate achieves the right synergy between functionality and style.

 

For software developer Adtec Software Ltd, the move from Yeadon marks an important stage in the further development of its portfolio of solutions which help collection agencies, financial institutions and Government Departments to improve their collection efficiency.

 

For SureSlim, the decision to move into Greengate marks the latest stage in its meteoric growth. Although very much supported by weight loss initiatives, the concept’s secret lies in its focus on devising a medical solution to the problem of being overweight. From its new Greengate headquarters, the SureSlim formula will be rolled out in Doncaster, Leeds and Newcastle.

 

Since its launch last year, the UK Melorheostosis Association has developed into one of the world’s leading rare bone disease charities. Wildly unpredictable, the disease instructs the body to grow unwanted bone, which is then deposited on joints causing severe pain and deformity as it does so. Following a program of high profile fund-raising events, the charity is moving into its new European headquarters at Greengate, from central Harrogate.
