Greengate Doors Open For Business

Office space at the state-of-the-art development – which is ideally positioned just a mile from the town centre – was snapped up following news late last year that it was to offer prestigious Grade A accommodation in nine two-storey contemporary buildings, with its own private entrance and 147 car parking spaces.

With just two units still available, Harrogate’s 40,000sqft Greengate business park is racing towards completion - and this week welcomed its first Resident/Owner.

The two remaining units are 1,000sqft-2,000sqft, and available on flexible tenancy terms. Unlike other similar developments in the town, there’s also an option to buy them.

 

The first tenant to move in will be Adtec Software Ltd; which will make the move to Greengate from Yeadon as part of the further development of its portfolio of software solutions, which help collection agencies, financial institutions, and Government Departments to improve their efficiency.

 

Other Greengate tenants include the development’s award-winning architects PCP, Avenir Properties Ltd, Opel Construction, the UK Melorheostosis Association, in addition to media and financial businesses; each of whom has also been lured by the high level of finish for which the park has become known in commercial property circles.

 

Much of the development’s success stems from PCP’s ground-breaking architectural designs; which have incorporated solar panels, striking glass atriums, and eco-friendly power supply systems. More than 220 tonnes of steel have been used on the way to making sure the stunning park achieves the right synergy between functionality and style.
