Developing luxury offices at Cardale Park in Harrogate has given Avenir Properties the opportunity to expand in more ways than one.

Not only has the company moved in to one of the new state-of-the-art offices which comprise the Greengate site, but it has also seen the premises become so successful that it has helped increase turnover.

And the project also looks set to further boost Avenir's growth by providing a blueprint for future commercial developments.

Avenir undertake developments all over Yorkshire, mainly in the residential sector. Their biggest residential development to date has been 30 apartments, and their current main project is 564 The place apartments on Harrogate Road in Leeds, working with designer Ben De Lisi.

The Greengate project marks Avenir's first major commercial development, and has proved a resounding success. Work started on the grade A office accommodation in August 2005 and finished in May this year - on time and on budget.

Comprising six units covering a total 35,500 sqft, the site has now been sold off and is fully occupied by 13 businesses.

Each company has it's own private entrance, video door entry system and secure access. There are a total 147 car parking spaces on the site.
