The transformation of the school into eight elegant town houses, to be known as Park Place and Park Square, begins this month and is due for completion by the end of next spring.
It is the company's second collaboration with the London-based style king. The relationship was born through Avenir's links with a bathroom company promoting the Ben De Lisi range.
"His creative skills were very apparent and we were very keen to harness them beyond just the bathroom by extending his influence through the whole property," said Amanda Brayshaw, sales manager for Avenir Properties' .
"We are extremely excited to have the opportunity of drawing upon his natural flair for interior design once again.
"With Ben's inspirational touches we are aiming to create something special with Littlemoor School. The original Victorian building is going to be kept and this has been particularly well-received by local residents and former pupils."
The original building will be converted into eight town houses each with either one or two bedrooms. They will sit alongside 14 two and three-bedroom apartments created from natural materials such as stone and slate and benefiting from designated off-road parking.
Each apartment will feature the style guru's own-brand kitchens and bathrooms.
Two years ago Avenir won a top award in Ripon for its chapel transformation into eight luxury one and two-bedroom apartments.
Ben, whose signature style is also featured in his BDL collection for Debenhams, says that the "exciting" project will enable the collaborators to create a contemporary development while still maintaining the building's integrity, character and old school charm.
