Avenir Properties and Opel Construction's ninth consecutive joint scheme will see them build their 100th home together as the value of their developments tops the £25 million mark.

Avenir Properties sales manager Amanda Brayshaw said: " We have been partners on a number of developments in the district and we are now working together on schemes in Ripon, Wakefield and two in Leeds. This is a partnership that is very successful."

Martin Hall, managing director of Opel Construction, said the latest joint scheme marked a significant milestone for his company.
