Harrogate based property developer Avenir Properties has strengthened its ties with international fashion designer Ben de Lisi by creating a new, luxury brand.

Space by Ben de Lisi marks an exciting new phase for the company, and sets it firmly apart from others whose only association with him is to use his branded bathrooms.

Avenir’s first collaboration with the British-based designer was a development of 15 one and two bedroom apartments in Alwoodley, North Leeds. Ben played a leading role in the scheme and was involved from the project’s infancy through to successful sell-out.

The second is the conversion of the former Littlemoor School in Rawdon, Leeds, into eight town houses and the construction of 14 two and three apartments. Again, Ben is again playing a major part in this and has made a number of site visits ahead of work beginning this month.
