His partnership with Harrogate property developer Avenir Properties, has proved such a hit that within the first weekend of the “futuristic” Park Place and Park Square marketing pod opening, 40 per cent of the properties were snapped up.
The new development is being created under the Space by Ben de Lisi banner on the site of the former Littlemoor Primary School, and will see the original Grade II Listed school building being converted in eight stylish town houses.
In turn, these will sit alongside 14 elegant two and three bedroom new-build apartments, all boasting Ben de Lisi signature bathrooms and secure parking.
Avenir Properties sales manager Amanda Brayshaw said: “The marketing pod’s opening weekend was incredibly successful for us.
“We had out first customers through the doors at just after 9.30am, half an hour before we officially opened, followed by our first sale at just after 10am.
“By the end of Sunday, 40 per cent of the development had been sold. To say we are delighted is an understatement.”
Ben de Lisi, who put the finishing touches to the marketing pod before opening, said: “Park Place and Park Square is a wonderful development, and a perfect example of how old world and new world can work seamlessly together.
“I knew it would be popular, but I didn’t quite expect such a fantastic opening weekend. This project has given me a similar buzz to the one I experience when my latest collection has been well received.”
Avenir Properties’ Park Square and Park Place marketing pod is open every day from 11am until 4pm. For further details please call the Avenir team on 01423 526 682.
