564 The Place, is a luxury suburban development by Harrogate-based Avenir Properties, consisting of 15 luxurious one and two bedroom apartments built to the highest specifications.

Avenir made a very conscious decision to choose a suburban setting for this creation, and earmarked a brown-field site in the heart of the highly desirable Alwoodley area of Leeds for it.

The properties, which boast secure underground parking, front onto the main A61 trunk road, giving excellent commuter links to the city centre and the motorway network. The area itself also benefits from an established parade of shops, is close to several golf clubs and a fitness centre and a mile from Roundhay Park

To set 564 The Place apart from other high-class developments, Avenir Properties employed the services of internally-renowned designer Ben de Lisi, who was involved with the individual design of each apartment from their inception, which included Ben de Lisi-branded bathrooms.

Unlike other so-called “designer” properties, Ben was heavily involved in the scheme. He made numerous site visits before the marketing suite was opened, and in fact was making finishing touches to its interior as the first invited guest arrived.

No incentives were used to market 564 The Place. Interest in the scheme was so high that in the first hour of the marketing suite being opened 80 per cent of the apartments had been sold.
