The blueprints, submitted by Avenir Properties of Harrogate, are for a scheme to construct 14 individual apartments, aimed at commuters, on the former Horsforth Road garage site.

If given the green light, this will be the third joint venture between Avenir Properties and the designer, under the Space by Ben de Lisi banner. The first two are situated at 564 The Place, Harrogate Road, Alwoodley, and the former Littlemoor Primary School site, in Rawdon.
